Consultations are by appointment only. Session times from 08:50am - 5:10pm and extended hours on a Monday 5:30pm - 6:30pm (must be booked before 6pm on the day) and Fridays 7:30am - 8:30am.
Routine GP appointment slots are for 10 minutes. Extended hours appointments are for 10 minutes.
Book by telephoning 0141 451 0630 or online with Patient Access (registration required - please ask at reception), or in person at reception desk.
Please make a separate appointment for each person wishing to see the doctor. Please do not store up a list of problems as this is time consuming and results in surgeries running over time.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please inform the surgery as soon as possible. You can cancel an appointment even when the surgery is closed by telephoning the surgery number and following the instructions. The practice has a policy to remove persistent non-attendees from the practice list. DID YOU KNOW - for urgent medical appointments it may be quicker for you to see our prescribing nurse Sister Pauline Burke. She deals with urgent medical problems for adults and children over 4 years of age. She also deals with long-term conditions.
If you register your mobile number with the surgery we will text you a reminder of your appointment date and time. On recieving your reminder you have the option of cancelling by text if the appointment is no longer required.
